Roadside assistance benefit

Get free roadside assistance in South Africa. The roadside assistance car insurance benefit is available to African Independent Brokers Gold Club members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The appropriate roadside assistance will be sourced and dispatched immediately, ensuring our members get back on the road as quickly as possible.

Roadside Assistance benefits include towing services, for mechanical breakdown or accident, among other value-added car insurance benefits. With roadside assistance from African Independent Brokers, motorists in South Africa are assured of peace of mind when travelling.

African Independent Brokers Gold Club Members receive the following car insurance benefits and are covered for the call out fee plus an hour’s free labour:

• Locksmith Call Out Service
• Flat Battery
• Flat Tyre Call Out Service
• Fuel Call Out Service

In addition to towing services, members receive transportation from the scene of an accident or mechanical breakdown. Transportation will be arranged for our car insurance benefit member and their family from the scene of an accident or mechanical breakdown to a safe point within 100kms.

Roadside assistance includes driver assistance services. Should an African Independent Brokers Gold Club member for whatever reason not be able to drive a vehicle (including being over the legal alcohol limit) a taxi service will be dispatched to take the member to the required destination. This service will be at the member’s cost.
